By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. These Terms do not constitute or replace any agreement to attend or participate in the Built to Renew program, which is governed by separate registration terms and confirmations.

The Website is intended for business users and professionals, and is not directed to consumers or to children. By using the Website, you confirm that you are accessing it for legitimate business or informational purposes. These Terms apply to all visitors.

Built to Renew and its program materials, methods, and named tools are proprietary to Midnight Brewlab and its principals. Nothing on this Website grants any licence to any Midnight Brewlab or Built to Renew name, mark, or material. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

You may view Website content and download or print reasonable portions for your own non-commercial, informational use. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent. Linking to our homepage is welcome.

Program dates, format, venue, faculty, pricing, and availability are subject to change and to confirmation. A session runs only once its minimum cohort is reached.

Nothing on this Website is a binding offer. Participation is confirmed only through a separate registration and written confirmation.
